Architecture

Irrespective of project scale or type, be it commercial or domestic builds, redesigns, renovations, extensions, or interior projects, we approach each with the same level of commitment and attention to detail.
We provide a full design service from concept to completion, including design, planning applications, tender negotiations, contract administration, and inspection of the building works during construction to ensure compliance to the Building Regulations. In addition, we provide project management and cost control of each project through all stages. Each of our projects begins with a comprehensive analysis of client requirements and site conditions. We use drawings, 3D images and physical models to test possible designs and to discuss those options with our clients, involving them, taking on their ideas and bringing them to a higher level.

Miles Sampson, our lead architect, has been practicing architecture since 2004. Miles studied architecture in Dublin and Denmark, receiving his bachelor of architecture from University College Dublin with honours. He worked in both Germany and New York before starting working with Oarad. He currently divides his practice between Barcelona and Ireland allowing a cross pollination of ideas in his work inspired by the rugged Irish landscape and Barcelona’s cosmopolitan ambience. His expertise is instrumental in driving our dedication to sustainable practices and innovative design solutions.
